Mission Priority One – The October mission is Mission Priority One, which focuses on the 10/40 window.

Mission Priority One is an avenue to measure if a local church is embracing the Five Areas of Impact of Nazarene Missions International:

    1. Prayer
    2. Giving though the World Evangelism Fund
    3. Giving though Alabaster
    4. Educating by engaging adults, children and youth in mission,
    5. Participating in Links (praying, giving, and communicating with our Links missionaries).

Under Missions Priority One local churches are asked to be in prayer for the persecuted church in the 10/40 window during the month of October.

The 10/40 window is the area between 10 degrees and 40 degrees north of the equator. This geographic window includes North Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, which includes the least-reached people of the world, and are people who have been marginalized, the poor, the starving, the broken hearted and those stripped of human dignity.

Please be in prayer for the people living in the 10/40 window, and for Nazarene Missionaries serving in this area to bring God’s message of hope, love and salvation to the lost and dying people.
